Sew some bougie pyjamas to see you through a cold January using Paper Theory Agnes Pyjama pattern.
This is the perfect course to building your skills after either an ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS CLASS that has lead you onto to continue practicing your skills and become slightly more confident, or a CONFIDENT BEGINNERS class. If you have created some simple sewn pieces before and want to be guided through making your first pair of pyjamas, this is the course for you.

‘The Agnes Pyjama Set is a relaxed loungewear suit that comes with the option of shorts or long trousers. The shorts/trousers are designed to sit high on your natural waist with an elasticated waistband and feature no side seam so are very simple and fast to sew. The shirt is very oversized with batwing sleeves and no waist definition. It has a convertible collar with a button up front and patch pockets.’
You will receive the pattern printed on A0 sized paper ready for you to cut out in your first session using your size and measurements. The pattern comes in size 6-28.
HIGHLIGHTS of the course include:
- Understanding how to read and cut a pattern to your size
- Convertible collar with a button up front
- Inserting an elastic waistband
- Patch pockets
You will receive an email prior to the course with information on what fabric to purchase and how much.
Each session is 3 hours long and includes use of the sewing machine, all necessary equipment you need and a cup of tea and biscuits.
